On the wedding night in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, the bride told her husband the whole truth about her lover. Said she couldn’t live without him. When the matter reached the police station, statements were made in the court on Wednesday. Saying that she would like to live there with her lover, the newly married woman left her husband and went with her lover.
The matter is of a village in Bewar police station area. A girl resident of the village was married by her family to a young man resident of Jaswant Nagar on 28 February. On the very first night of the marriage, the girl told her husband the whole truth about her lover. Said that she cannot live with anyone except her lover. After this she started talking to her lover on the phone.

The husband and in-laws informed the parents about this. When the parents complained about the young man to the police station, the newly married woman got angry on this matter. The in-laws got scared and left the newlyweds at their parents’ home in the police station area. When the matter reached the police station, the girl clearly said that she was an adult and would live with her lover as per her own wish.

When presented before the court on Wednesday, the girl asked the magistrate to go and live with her lover. The court said that the newly married woman was of age and ordered her to go anywhere voluntarily. After this, the newly married woman left her husband’s embrace and went away from there holding her lover’s hand.
